Cancellation Guidelines

Effective from: 21 July 2026

1. Customer cancellations

Submit cancellation requests via Track & Support while the order status shows "Processing." Once marked "Shipped," cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Seller cancellations

We may cancel if the requested variety is unavailable at the grower or if the delivery PIN becomes temporarily unserviceable. Prepaid amounts are refunded in full.

3. Refund timelines

Approved prepaid refunds are initiated within three business days and may take five to ten additional business days to appear in your bank or UPI wallet.

4. COD cancellations

Cancelling a COD order before dispatch carries no penalty. Refusing a valid delivery without an approved reason may limit future COD eligibility.
